Join us at The Huachuma Project for a 3-night immersive San Pedro retreat, held in the tranquil embrace of our 115-acre off-grid retreat centre in the Algarve, Portugal. This heart-opening journey is designed for deep healing, clarity, and personal transformation, guided by experienced Medicine Man & Founder, Austin Romero, alongside a dedicated team of facilitators.

This retreat is for those ready to go deep, explore their true nature, and integrate profound insights into daily life. Over three days, you’ll take part in two extended San Pedro ceremonies, each lasting 8–10 hours, allowing full surrender to the wisdom of this sacred medicine in a safe, nurturing, and well-held space.

✈️ Airport Transfers
Transfers from Faro Airport are available at €60 (round trip) for guests arriving in the morning or afternoon.

We offer a small range of accommodation options to suit different needs and budgets. Shared, gender-segregated rooms are included in the standard retreat rate.
Private rooms and yurt accommodation are available as optional upgrades and can only be booked by contacting us directly, subject to availability.

SHARED ROOMS
(Included)

Shared, gender-segregated rooms are located in the main house and included in the retreat price. This is a simple, comfortable, and budget-friendly option for those who value ease and community. Guests have access to nearby bathrooms, hot showers, and shared spaces that support rest, connection, and a gentle communal atmosphere.

YURTS
(Upgrade – Direct Booking Only)

Our two yurts offer a quiet, nature-immersed option overlooking the valley. Each yurt includes two large single beds, a sleeping couch, indoor seating, and a small one-hob gas stove for tea and coffee. A private outdoor seating area, nearby compost toilet, and access to shared hot showers are included. In cooler months, a fireplace provides warmth and atmosphere.
Rates: €100 per night (single occupancy) or €85 per person when shared.
For a 3-night retreat: €300 single / €255 per person shared.

PRIVATE ROOMS
(Upgrade – Direct Booking Only)

Private rooms are available in our guest house as an optional upgrade. The house includes a shared kitchen, living and dining areas, a private bathroom, shaded terrace, and heating for cooler months.
Rates: €100 per night (single occupancy) or €85 per person when shared.
For a 3-night retreat: €300 single / €255 per person shared.
Please note: the queen room has one shared bed and is suitable for participants comfortable sharing.

💰 INVESTMENT & HOW TO BOOK

Retreat Price: From €850 per person (shared accommodation)
A deposit is required to secure your retreat place, time, and attendance with The Huachuma Project and any affiliated practitioners or brands. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking confirmation email.
✅ Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

📜 CANCELLATION POLICY

🔒 Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable within six months before or after your original booking date.
Deposits and prepayments may also be transferred to another participant.

NON-ATTENDANCE
• Non-attendance without communication results in forfeiture of the deposit
• The same applies to missed flights due to out-of-date travel documents
• Global, political, geological, natural disasters, or pandemic-type restrictions: deposits remain valid for six months after restrictions end
• Personal emergencies (ill health, family crisis, travel or airline issues): eligible to rebook using the same deposit
